Timeless Delight Spa Essentials offers relaxation sessions designed to help people who are stressed, overworked, or emotionally drained reconnect with calm, rest, and balance. Every session blends mind–body techniques, sensory grounding, and gentle self-care practices to create a deep, restorative experience.

Each session is more than a spa visit—it’s a guided reset. Clients are welcomed into a serene space scented with Timeless Delight’s signature Night Sky fragrance oil, soft lighting, and soothing music. Sessions may include:

• Bath Salt Foot Soak & Grounding Detox
  A mineral-rich foot bath infused with Timeless Delight’s custom essential oil blends. Guests can sit on a Hooga grounding mat, allowing their bodies to discharge built-up stress and inflammation through safe earthing. This combination supports balance, energy flow, and tension release.
  Research shows that grounding can reduce cortisol levels and improve sleep quality (Chevalier et al., 2015).

• Soap-Making Relaxation Sessions
  A creative stress-relief experience where guests handcraft personalized soap using high-quality natural ingredients like shea butter, glycerin, and essential oils. The focus is mindfulness—slow, intentional movements, and the calming rhythm of creation.  These classes are taught by LaTasha Elliott, who has been making soap for her family since 2014.  

• Creative Paint Relaxation Sessions
  Guided art therapy-style painting that helps clients express emotions, reduce anxiety, and find stillness through color and flow. These classes are taught by local art teachers here in Anderson County.   

• Candle-Making Experiences
  Guests create wooden-wick soy candles while learning about aromatherapy and the role of scent in regulating mood and stress levels.  This class is taught by Rhonda, who is a local nurse.  She is also the owner of Jennie's Essentials.  She is the number one candle maker in Anderson, SC!
