My Favorite Things | Fitness Edition

Hello everyone, I started going to the gym May 20th and I'm starting to see a differences.  This Theragun has amazing! I use it about once a week.  Last week we started walking hills and I didn't realize it but my achilles heel was taking a beating!  I pulled my Theragun out this morning, used it on my left foot and then headed to my 8:45 class. 

I use my grounding mat regularly. Both of these items are a must-have for me. I am really enjoying my fitness journey and look forward to seeing continuous results. By my birthday next April, I will be so much closer to my goal, and I am excited! Before and after pictures coming soon.  (It's my goal to lose 83 pounds)
