Sleep Awareness Week | March 9th - 15th, 2025
Goal: Rest 7-9 hours a night
- Rest 7 hours a night ~ that's 210 hours of rest in 30 days
- Rest 8 hours a night ~ that's 240 hours of rest in 30 days
- Rest 9 hours a night ~ that's 270 hours of rest in 30 days
Goal: Exercise regularly for a deeper sleep. Aim for 30 minutes a day, 5 days a week.
- Exercise 30 minutes 5 days a week ~ that's 1.5 hours a week
- Exercise 30 minutes 5 days a week ~ that's 5 hours a month
Goal: Eat your meals at consistent times day after day.
- My eating window will be between 12pm - 6pm.
Goal: Use a consistent routine with a relaxing wind-down to help get the sleep you need each night
- Down time starts at 7:30pm
- Devices are down for the night
- Light the Timeless Delight candle of the month
- Start the Timeless Delight evening relaxation playlist or the Book Club selection of the week
- Pick out & iron clothes for the next day

- Bath

- And get some rest.
Goal: Put your devices away an hour before bed and sleep in a quiet, cool, and dark environment.
- I want to get to the point where I don't touch my phone/devices after 7:30pm daily.
